Efektivitas Penggunaan Video Kinemaster Terhadap Keterampilan Menulis Teks Prosedur Siswa Kelas XI Di SMA N 1 Benai
Abstract:
This research aims to determine the level of effectiveness of using Kinemaster videos on procedural text writing skills in class XI students at SMAN 1 Benai. The type of research is experimental. The sample in this research was 63 students. Class XI MIPA2 students are taught using Kinemaster videos and class XI MIPA3 students are taught using the conventional model without using Kinemaster videos. The instrument used is a test. Data analysis techniques use hypothesis testing, Kolmogrov normality test and homogeneity test. The test results for the two samples came from a population that was normally distributed and homogeneous, thus the research provided treatment to the two samples. The results of data analysis showed that the average learning outcome for students who were given Kinemaster videos was 83.03 and the average learning outcome for students given the conventional learning model was 67.94. To test the hypothesis, a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.00 ˂ 0.05 is obtained, meaning that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. So it can be concluded that the use of Kinemaster videos in learning is more effective compared to conventional learning.
