Validitas Dan Praktikalitas Media Energi Alternatif Dalam Pembelajaran Fisika Sma
ABSTRACT
This development research aims to test physics learning media on alternative energy materials that have been designed and tested. The type of research used is Research and Development adapted from the theory of Borg and Gall. The learning media developed consists of experimental projects and project usage guides. The alternative energy media that has been developed consists of 3 projects, namely simple garden lights, simple windmills, and simple watermills. Data collection is carried out through validity and practicality assessment sheets. Validity data was obtained from the assessment of 3 physicists, while practicality data was obtained from the assessment of 3 high school physics teachers and 20 grade X high school students. The project validation sheet covers aspects of device function, learning elements, convenience, ethics and construction. Meanwhile, the project usage guide validation sheet covers aspects of presentation feasibility, content accuracy, language feasibility, and display feasibility. Furthermore, the project practicality sheet covers aspects of ease of use of tools and materials, ease of understanding the material, ease of packaging tools, and usefulness, safety and attractiveness. Meanwhile, aspects of assessing project usage guidelines include aspects of feasibility of presentation, accuracy of content, feasibility of language, and feasibility of display. The results of project validity obtained an average value of >2.88 while the average results of the validity of project use guidelines obtained an average value of >2.88. The results of the practicality of the experimental project by teachers and students obtained an average score of >2.5 while the average results of the practicality of the book use of the project by teachers and students obtained an average score of >2.5. Thus, it can be concluded that alternative energy learning media is declared valid and practical to be used as a class X high school physics learning media.
