Profil Penderita Preeklampsia Dirsud Arifin Achmad Provinsiriau Periode 1 Januari - 31 Desember 2005

The aim of this study is to know the overview of preeclampsia at Arifin
Achmad Hospital Riau Province based on age, parity, blood pressure, protein
rate in urine, and post partum out come.
Method: This is descriptive and retrospective study. It was accomplished at Sub
Division of Medical Record Arifin Achmad Hospital Riau Province from January
1st - December 31st 2005. All of population in this study were diagnosed as
preeclampsia and deliveried at Arifin Achmad Hospital Riau Province. Sample
were accordance with inclusion criteria in this study, consists of all cases of
preeclampsia that has complete data about age, parity, blood pressure, protein
rate in urine, and post partum out come.
Result and Conclusion : The result of this study is 117 cases of preeclampsia
from 3049 deliveries at Arifin Achmad Hospital Riau Province period January 1st
- December 31st 2005. Preeclampsia was more frequent in patients as following :
34,19% in > 35 years old group, 49,57% in nullipara, 85,47% in group of
systolic blood pressure > 160 mmHg, and or dyastolic blood pressure > 110
mmHg, 47,01% in group of protein rate in urine (+) or about 0,01-0,05 gr/dl.
Otherwise, the amount of death of maternal caused preeclampsia in Arifin
Achmad Hospital Riau Province was 0%.
