Perencanaan Strategis Sistem Informasi Menggunakan Metode Blue Ocean Strategy Pada Pt.Payo App Indonesia
PT. Payo App Indonesia is an online transportation service provider that was founded in 2017 in Payakumbuh City, West Sumatra. However, since the emergence of Gojek in mid-2018, 30% consumers of PT. Payo App Indonesia switches to using the Gojek application. Therefore, strategic information system planning is needed using the Blue Ocean Strategy method, aimed at winning and distancing PT. Payo App Indonesia from the competition. This research uses SWOT, value chain, and PEST analysis to obtain internal/external data, as well as McFarlan quadrants to describe the proposed future applications portfolio that must be built and developed. SWOT analysis results, PT. Payo App Indonesia is in quadrant II position, which supports a diversification strategy. Value chain analysis produces 21 strategic plans activities and PEST analysis results that enable PT. Payo App Indonesia carries out a market diversification strategy. Based on the blue ocean method, business strategy proposals were produced that could be used by PT. Payo App Indonesia in winning business competition, such as expand application partners/agents. Meanwhile, quadrant McFarlan produced nine proposals for information systems that must be built and developed in the future.
