Induction motors are the most widely used driving components in the industrial world. One company that uses induction motors to drive its machines is PT. Riau Mainstay Pulp and Paper. In this research, we discuss the influence of electric motor parameters due to changes in frequency. Therefore, changing the frequency to lower or higher will greatly influence other electric motor parameters such as voltage, current, torque, power, rotational speed of the electric motor. and efficiency. So it was studied how the effect of changes in frequency on the parameters of the electric motor within a period of one month. The research was carried out by comparing the results obtained using two methods, namely through the calculation method and the direct observation method (direct measurement) of the electric motor used in the forward drive roll at PT. RAPP. Based on the test results, the comparison of power and rotational speed of electric motors calculated and measured is 1% to 2%. Meanwhile, from the results of validation tests carried out using previous research, a similar pattern of results was obtained. So it can be stated that the process, methods and results obtained in the research can be declared valid and in accordance with scientific principles. proportional.
