Penerapan Metode Smarter Pada Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Dengan Multi Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA)

The awarding of scholarships is done selectively according to the type of scholarship being held. There are many scholarships offered to students who excel and are underprivileged, one of which is the scholarship offered by the University of Riau, namely the KIP KULIAH scholarship. The process of assessing prospective scholarship recipients is carried out by the committee directly and is still done manually. So it is possible to make a decision support system for KIP KULIAH scholarship recipients using the web-based smarter method. The system created, designed using Usecase diagram, flowchart, system creation using PHP programming language and database. The resulting system is able to process student data, process prospective recipient data to be calculated and report the number of accepted and rejected prospective recipients. The final result shows that 1,562 are the number of students who receive this KIP KULIAH scholarship.
