Prospek Pengembangan Usaha Budidaya Ikan Nila (Oreochromis niloticus) Dengan Sistem Mina Padi Di Kota Solok Provinsi Sumatera Barat
This research activity was conducted in June 2023 until completion, in Lubuk Sikarah Sub District and Tanjung Harapan Sub District, Solok City, West Sumatra Province. The method used in this research is a survey method with direct observation. The selection of respondents used the census method and the number of respondents was 12 people. This study aims to determine the total investment, profit, business feasibility and prospects of tilapia fish farming (Oreochromis niloticus) with rice mina system in Solok City. The method used to analyze the data in this study is the analysis of investment, cost, income, profit and business feasibility. The results showed that the total investment incurred by tilapia farmers with the rice mina system with a land area ≤1 Ha amounted to IDR29.428.125 and with a land area ≥ 2 Ha amounted to IDR51.945.000, the total production costs incurred by respondents with a land area ≤1 Ha amounted to IDR17.473.021, and respondents with a land area ≥ 2 Ha IDR38.206.458. and net income per period obtained by respondents with a land area ≤1 Ha amounted to IDR13.233.230 and respondents with land ≥2 Ha amounted to IDR26.193.542. From the results obtained R / C value with land area ≤1 Ha of 1,76 and with land area ≥2 Ha of 1,69. FRR value with land area ≤1 Ha of 45% and with land area ≥2 Ha of 50% and PPC value with land area ≤1 Ha of 2,22 and with land area ≥2 Ha of 1,98. Based on the results of the analysis of tilapia farming business with rice mina system obtained R/C more than 1. PPC value is smaller than the economic life and FRR is greater than the bank interest rate of 7%. So that tilapia fish farming (Oreochromis niloticus) with rice mina system in Solok City, West Sumatra Province is feasible to be cultivated.
