Kriteria Kerusakan Pantai Dalam Rangka Penentuan Prioritas Pengamanan Pantai Teluk Makmur Kota Dumai
This research aims to analyze the characteristics of coastal damage problems and determine the main priority level for coastal areas according to the guidelines of the Minister of Public Works Circular Letter No. 08/SE/M/2010 which occurred in Medang Kampai District, Dumai. The method for analyzing the level of damage to the Teluk Makmur coast uses semi-quantitative qualitative weighting. Spatial analysis of coastal damage parameters was carried out using observations and interviews in the field. To determine respondents, the sampling technique used was a purposive sample. In qualitative research, many use purposive samples. The number of samples used was 15 respondents. Respondents are taken proportionally, at least 5 people per segment or according to the requirements of the parameters being studied. Determining respondents is considered to represent the population based on the characteristics, qualities or characteristics to be used as respondents. The interview was conducted in a house directly facing the beach. The value of the level of damage at Teluk Makmur Beach, Dumai City, was taken as the most dominant, namely 312.5 A (Very Highly Preferred) for damage to the coastal environment based on the mangrove forest damage parameter (L6), namely in section 4. For erosion/abrasion damage, protective buildings coastline based on the coastline change parameter (EA1) only in section 4 which has priority B (highly preferred). River estuary sedimentation damage has priority E (not prioritized).
