This research aims to find out the Implementation of the Regional Regulations No. 13 of 2011 on Retribution of Public Service and Sanitation in Tualang district of Siak. As to the benefits of this research to provide insight into science for the author both directly and indirectly, as well as to provide benefits for the development of knowledge in the area of accommodation or hygiene services. As input material for the parties concerned, especially the Tualang district department of Siak district on the implementation of the Regional Regulations Number 13 Year 2011 on the remuneration of accommodations or sanitation services.
This research is included in qualitative descriptive research. The locations of this research are in Tualang district of Siak Province of Riau. As for the informants in this research, the population of the Tualangs district is 114.888 people, where the population is taken from the number of villages or villages that are in the district. In sampling using purposive samplings with a sample of as many as 30 people, with consideration based on the number of existing populations. The Miles and Huberman models were used in this study to make the data understandable. To obtain valid data, researchers use triangulation. Data collection techniques based on observations and interviews. According to the results of the research obtained, the Implementation of PERDA No. 13 of 2011 on Retribution of Public Service and Sanitation by the government of the district has been implemented even though it has not yet been fully implemented. In terms of delivery of services or infrastructure, governments still have to improve services and infrastructure.
