This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality dan capability on competitive advantage dan organizational performance. Dan analyzing the effect of competitive advantage on the performance of population organizations in this study were patients who came in 2021 as many as 1576 people. While the sample used was 234 people. The data used in this study were primary data dan secondary data, while the data collection technique used questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is the data analysis used in this study is sem. Service quality affects the competitive advantage of patients. Capability affects the patient's competitive advantage. Service quality affects organizational performance. Capability affects organizational performance. Service quality has a significant effect on organizational performance. Capability has a significant effect on organizational performance through competitive advantage.
