Pengaruh Pemberian Caciing Sutra (Tubifex sp) yang Diperkaya Kurkumin Terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Kelulushidupan Larva Ikan Jelawat (Leptobarbus hoevenii)
Curcumin is a secondary metabolite compound that can increase the immune system of fish and has benefits as an anti-bacterial or microbial substance. Curcumin acts as a supplement to increase the larvae's appetite. The aim of the research was to determine the effect of giving silk worms (Tubifex sp) enriched with curcumin on the growth and survival of mad barb fish post larvae. This research was carried out in June – July 2023 at the Fish Hatchery and Breeding Laboratory, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, Riau University. This research used an experimental method with a completely randomized factor design and three replications. The treatment in this study was P0 (silkworm without curcumin enrichment), P1 (silkworm enriched with curcumin 0,2 mg/100 g silkworm), P2 (silkworm enriched with curcumin 0,3 mg/100 g silkworm), P3 (silkworm enriched with curcumin 0,4 mg/100 g silkworm), P4 (silk worms enriched with curcumin 0,5 mg/100 g silk worms). The results showed that the administration of silk worms enriched with curcumin had a significant effect on the growth and survival of jelawat fish larvae (P
