Faktor Beban (Load Factor) Penggunaan Listrik Pada Freezer Room Cold Storage di Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera Bungus Provinsi Sumatera Barat
The Bungus Ocean Fisheries Port (PPS) is located in the West Bungus sub-district, Bungus Teluk Kabung District, Padang City, West Sumatra Province. A fishing port is a place consisting of land and surrounding waters with certain boundaries as a place for government activities and fisheries business system activities which are used as a place for fishing vessels to dock, anchor and/or load and unload fish equipped with shipping safety facilities and supporting activities. fishery. In order to support the function of a fishing port, each fishing port has facilities consisting of basic facilities, functional facilities and supporting facilities. Freezer room is a cooling room with temperatures reaching -18°C to -21°C, where this cooling area is usually for storing materials for a long time or must be frozen. Load factor is the comparison between the average load and the peak load measured in a certain period. Average load and peak load can be expressed in kilowatts, kilovolt-amperes, amperes, but the units of average load and peak load must be the same. The purpose of this research is to determine the load factor and diversity factor used in the freezer room of PPS Bungus West Sumatra, then to find out the amount of electricity bills specifically for the cold storage freezer room of PPS Bungus West Sumatra. This research uses a descriptive method, an exploratory descriptive method aims to describe the situation or status of phenomena in general, this research is non-hypothetical research so that in the research steps there is no need to formulate a hypothesis. The data collected in this research includes primary data and secondary data.
