Strategi Reformasi Birokrasi Oleh Pengadilan Agama Pekanbaru Dalam Mempertahankan Predikat Zona Integritas Wilayah Bebas Korupsi (Wbk) Tahun 2022

The government is currently directing all agencies in Indonesia to implement Integrity Zones in all government agencies. Currently, many agencies have launched Integrity Zones, but this is only a formality. In the end, the agency remained at the launch stage and did not receive the WBK designation. Meanwhile, PA Pekanbaru when they applied for WBK within 1 year they immediately received the WBK title and have maintained it to this day. This research aims to determine the Bureaucratic Reform Strategy of the Pekanbaru PA in Maintaining the WBK Integrity Zone Predicate in 2022. The research location is at the Pekanbaru Religious Court. This research uses Sedarmayanti's theory regarding bureaucratic reform strategies which are in line with the integrity zone development assessment indicators listed in PERMENPAN RB Number 90 of 2021. Using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through interviews and documentation.
The research results show that PA Pekanbaru's strategy is in accordance with the direction of PERMENPAN RB Number 90 of 2021. PA Pekanbaru in maintaining the title of WBK Integrity Zone in 2022 follows all the provisions of PERMENPAN RB Number 90 of 2021. 3 Institutional Structuring Strategy focuses on the process of changing the system government and government organizations that aim to increase effectiveness, efficiency, ability to adapt and innovate. 2 Management Management Strategy focuses on improving the performance of the apparatus so that it becomes effective and efficient. 3 Human resource management strategy focuses on improving the quality of human resources, so that human resources are qualified and productive in carrying out their work. 4 Accountability Strategy focuses on the activity process of being accountable for the results of the implementation of performance or programs that have been implemented. 4 Public Service Strategy focuses on improving the public services provided and the results of the performance carried out by the apparatus.
