Analisis Pembiayaan Sertifikasi Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil (ISPO) Oleh Pekebun Kelapa Sawit Swadaya Di Kabupaten Pelalawan
Indonesia Sustainable Palm Oil (ISPO) is a standard for sustainable palm oil plantations in Indonesia. Presidential Decree Number 44 of 2020 regulates that every company and independent farmer in Indonesia must have ISPO certification no later than 2025. This research aims to (1) Identify training and assistance to prepare smallholders to take ISPO certification in Pelalawan Regency (2) Calculate the amount of training costs planters for preparation for ISPO certification in Pelalawan Regency (3) Calculating the costs of assistance in fulfilling ISPO principles, criteria, indicators and verifiers in Pelalawan Regency (4) Calculating the initial certification costs for independent oil palm plantations in Pelalawan Regency. The research method used is a survey method by conducting direct interviews with respondents. The sample villages were chosen deliberately (Purposive Sampling), namely Sekijang Village, Simpang Beringin Village and Kerinci Kiri Village with a total of 32 respondents. The data collected in this research includes primary data and secondary data. The results of this research show that the total cost of ISPO certification training in Pelalawan Regency is Rp. 528,180,000, resulting in a result of Rp. 1,660,943 per ISPO participating farmer. The total cost of ISPO certification assistance in Pelalawan Regency is IDR. 919,236,600 with the distribution of Rp. 2,890,067 per ISPO participating farmer. The total initial certification costs incurred by the Pelalawan Siak Independent Oil Palm Growers Association were IDR. 160,296,000 so you get Rp. 504,075 per ISPO participating farmer. The average cost of ISPO certification in Pelalawan Regency is IDR. 5,055,698 per ISPO participating farmer.
