Pengembangan Perangkat Pembelajaran Model Problem Based Learning Untuk Memfasilitasi Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Matematis Peserta Didik Kelas VII SMP/MTs
This research is development research (R&D) motivated by students' mathematical problem solving abilities (KPMM) and the limited learning tools capable of facilitating students' KPMM. This research aims to produce a mathematics learning tool based on problem based learning with valid and practical conditional fulfillment to facilitate KPMM for class VII SMP/MTs students on social arithmetic material. The development model is a 4D model developed by Tiagharajan and Semmel through four stages, namely define, design, develop, desseminate. The learning tools developed were validated by three validators and revised according to the validators' suggestions. The valid LKPD was then tested in small groups with subjects of six class VII students and large group trials with subjects of 30 class VII students to determine students' responses to the use of LKPD. Based on data analysis, the average values obtained for the syllabus, Learning Implementation Plan (RPP), and Student Worksheets (LKPD) were 3.54, 3.49, and 3.48 in the very valid category. Based on the results of small group trials for LKPD, it was found that the LKPD that had been developed met the practicality requirements with an average score of 3.31. The results of large group trials for LKPD obtained an average score of 3.50 and met the practicality requirements.
