Pemanfaatan Pupuk Organik Cair (POC) Limbah Ikan Patin (Pangasianodon Hypophthalmus) Sebagai Media Kultur Nannochloropsis Sp.
Nannochloropsis sp. is phytoplankton which is usually used as a natural food source for zooplankton, such as Rotifer (Brachionus plicatilis). Nutrition and water quality in the culture media greatly influence the density of Nannochloropsis sp. This research aims to obtain the best dose of Liquid Organic Fertilizer (LOF) from catfish waste (Pangasianodon hypohthalmus) on the density level of Nannochloropsis sp. This research was carried out on March-July 2023 at the Aquaculture Environment Quality Laboratory (MLB) of the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Affairs, Riau University and at the Zooplankton Laboratory of the Lampung Marine Aquaculture Center (BBPBL). The method used the experiment was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 7 treatments and 3 replications. The results of this research that has been carried out are giving LOF from catfish waste has an influence on the population of Nannochloropsis sp. The best treatment was obtained in PC (Conwy Fertilizer) with the density of 11,14x107 cells.mL-1, but the results of statistical analysis the P5 (LOF dose 12.5 mL/L) with a population of 10,68x107 cells.mL-1 and PC were not significantly different. The water quality parameters in the culture media during this research temperature 21°C-27°C, pH 7.70-9.20, DO 4.29-6.88mg/L, salinity 25-41 ppt, nitrate and phosphate the ranged are
