This research aims to determine the influence of training, education and work experience on employee work productivity at the UMKM Alesya Gallery Furniture Pekanbaru. The background to this research is the instability of MSMEs. This instability is thought to be due to the performance of MSMEs which has not been optimal. This performance which is not yet optimal is thought to be caused by employee work productivity which is also not optimal, which results in the goal not being achieved. This research is included in quantitative descriptive research. The population and sample for this research were all 17 MSME employees. Sampling technique with saturated samples. The data collection techniques used were observation and questionnaires. data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression.
