Pengaruh Metode Sugesti Imajinasi Melalui Media Audio Terhadap Kemampuan Menulis Puisi Siswa Kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Tambang
This research aims to evaluate the differences and the influence of the imagination suggestion method through audio media on the poetry writing abilities of tenth-grade students at SMA Negeri 2 Tambang. The research questions address the significant differences in poetry writing abilities between the imagination suggestion method and conventional methods, as well as the significant influence of the imagination suggestion method on poetry writing abilities. The study adopts a quantitative approach with a two-group post-test experimental design. The instrument used is an essay to measure poetry writing abilities. The research sample consists of 28 students in the experimental group and 28 students in the control group, randomly selected from two Language X classes at SMA Negeri 2 Tambang. The results indicate that the average poetry writing ability score for the experimental group (85.71) is higher than that of the control group (84.71). Data analysis reveals that the implementation of the imagination suggestion method through audio has a significantly positive influence on students' poetry writing abilities. Thus, it can be concluded that the imagination suggestion method can enhance poetry writing skills in tenth-grade students at SMA Negeri 2 Tambang. This research contributes significantly to innovative teaching strategies that improve students' poetry writing skills, particularly through approaches such as the imagination suggestion method using audio media.
