Izdiihar Laptop Store, a small business in the field of laptop repair and sales, has problems managing transactions and customer data manually. Recording transaction data that is scattered in various manual records causes difficulty in the data search process. Another problem was the absence of an overall laptop repair transaction report. This condition creates difficulties in monitoring the store's financial income. This research designs a website-based information system with the Prototype method and uses Blackbox Testing and Usability in testing. This research produces interface design, transaction recording, employee payroll, transaction reports. Blackbox testing results show smooth running of all tested scenarios, achieving a 100% success rate, confirming that the system is feasible to use. Usability testing using UEQ to customers involving 28 respondents showed that the value of the Attractiveness variable was 2.11, Clarity 2.15, Efficiency 2.24, Accuracy 1.98, Stimulation 1.92, and Novelty 1.95 resulting in an Excellent category indicating the system is feasible to use. Usability testing using USE to Owners, Administrators, Staff using USE involving 3 respondents shows the value of the Usefulness component 95.33%, Satisfaction 95.55%, and Ease of Use 93.33%, resulting in a Very Satisfactory category indicating the System is Feasible to use.
