Pemodelan dan Simulasi Motor Induksi Rotor Sangkar Tiga Fasa Untuk Mendeteksi Gangguan Pada Belitan Stator
Induction motors are the most common type of electric motor used in the industrial sector throughout the world. The use of induction motors reaches 95% as the main mover and utilizes up to 40-50% of all electrical energy produced by power plants. However, although induction motors are very reliable with a low failure rate and require only basic maintenance, they can sometimes break down and fail. Unexpected breakdown of the motor causes many unacceptable production losses. Therefore, creating an induction motor simulation model for testing to detect motor disturbances is very useful. Detecting problems early and replacing damaged parts will prevent unexpected machine failure problems. In this research, a simulation model will be created to detect disturbances in the stator winding. The model used is based on orthogonal reference frame theory or qd0. Based on the test results, when the fault is 8%, the rms current in phase a is 3.399 A, the current in phase b is 3 A while in phase c it is 1.931 A. This shows that in the phase where there is interference the current wave in the motor increases while in other phases the current wave is unstable.
