Perencanaan Sistem Kelistrikan Pada Gedung Asrama Haji, Kantor Dan Aula Di Kawasan Islamic Center Kota Pangkalan Kerinci
In the era of infrastructure development, planning an electrical system that complies with national standards is crucial to ensure the safety and comfort of buildings. This research aims to design an appropriate electrical system for the pilgrimage hostel, office, and auditorium in the Islamic Center Area of Pangkalan Kerinci city, enabling the measurement of the required electrical power for the operations of these three buildings. The design method employs AutoCAD and DIALux software, supporting the design of electrical installations and lighting. The total power research results for the entire pilgrimage hostel, office, and auditorium amount to 188,870 Watts. Therefore, the power needed from the national power company (PLN) for connection to the pilgrimage hostel, office, and auditorium is 188,870 Watts divided by cos θ (0.8), resulting in 236,072 VA. This falls within the category of medium-scale industrial groups with a power of 236,072 VA.
