Analisis Gangguan Rotor Motor Induksi Tiga Fasa Dengan Metode Motor Current Signature Analysis (MCSA)
The type of electric motor commonly used in industrial activities is the induction motor. The use of induction motors reaches 95% as a prime mover and utilizes up to 40-50% of all electrical energy produced by power plants. Although induction motors are very reliable with a low failure rate and only require basic maintenance, they can sometimes break down and fail. . Detecting problems early and replacing damaged parts will prevent unexpected machine failure problems. In this research, the Motor Current Signature Analysis (MCSA) method is used to analyze rotor bar damage by monitoring the resulting stator current data to detect sideband frequencies around the source frequency using the Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) signal processing technique.
