Analisis Gangguan Hubung Singkat Pada Sistem Tenaga Listrik Kawasan West Area Kasikan Bob Pt. Bumi Siak Pusako-Pt Pertamina Hulu Rokan Untuk Perencanaan Pembangkit Listrik Baru Menggunakan Software Etap 12.06
PT. Pertamina Hulu Rokan (PT. PHR) is an electricity distribution network that serves the West Area-Kasikan area which is currently located in the Kaksikan area. The West Area-Kasikan area is one of the oil drilling areas managed by Badan Operasi Bersama (BOB), called PT. Bumi Siak Pusako (PT. BSP) and PT. Pertamina Hulu. Distribution of Kasikan Area with 13.8 kV medium voltage system services. Medium voltage services are obtained from Substation Suram. In the West Area-Kasikan there are 6 work areas, which are GITI field, Terantam Field, Paitan Field, Kasikan Field, Osam Field and one additional work area planned, called Langgak Field. The current electrical power requirement is 1.1 MW, plus the planned merger of the Langgak Field work area of 0.5 MW. Therefore, the total amount of electrical power required is 1.6 MW. Due to the plan to have its own generator to serve the loads in the West Area-Kasikan, it is necessary to carry out a short circuit study to determine the breaking capacity value at CB. This thesis uses ETAP 12.06 software to find the largest short circuit current in order to find out the Circuit Breaker rating. After carrying out simulations and calculations, it was found the maximum short circuit peak current of three phases in West Area-kasikan scenario 1 is located on the Osam field with a current reaching 16.274 kA and the minimum peak short circuit current is located on the Giti field with a current reaching 2.215 kA. The maximum peak short circuit current of three phases in the West Area-Kasikan scenario 2 is located on the Langgak field with a current reaching 27.841 kA and the minimum peak short circuit current is located on the Giti field with a current reaching 2.238 kA.
