Pengaruh Tingkat Pendidikan, Pelatihan Kewirausahaan dan Pengalaman Usaha Terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha Kecil

This research aims to determine the influence of education level, entrepreneurship training and business experience on the success of small businesses in Tuah Madani District, Pekanbaru City. The reason behind this research is that due to the ability of business actors to manage their business, this individual's ability is thought to be due to limited knowledge so that their business does not achieve its goal, namely business success. The population in this study was 126 business actors with a sample of 31 business actors. This research uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires. The type of research is quantitative using the purposive sampling method. Data analysis techniques using classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression using SPSS 16. The resulting study shows that the level of education, entrepreneurial training and business experience have a partial and simultaneous influence on the success of small businesses in Tuah Madani District, Pekanbaru City.
