This research uses a pre-experiment design method. The research design is a one-group pretest – posttest design. The type of statistics used is non-parametric statistics with data analysis using the Wilcoxon test with calculations using the SPSS version 22 program. Based on the "Test Statistics" data, it can be seen that Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) is 0.012. Because the value 0.012 < 0.05, Ha is accepted. This means that there is a difference between the level of self-disclosure of students before and after being given group guidance services using the Johari Window Technique. From the processed Spearman Rank test data, it can be seen that the calculated value of Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.010. On the basis of decision making which states that the hypothesis can be accepted if the sig value. (2-tailed) smaller than 0.05. In this research, the Sig value. (2-tailed) = 0.010 (0.010
