Strategi Pemasaran UMKM Kuliner Di Riau Garden dalam Menghadapi Era Digital
Technological developments and increasingly high business competition mean that Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) must have good marketing strategies to remain competitive with competitors in the digital era. However, there are still many SME that have not implemented information technology, especially using digital media and do not understand how big the benefits and role of using digital media are. This research aims to determine the Marketing Strategy of Culinary MSMEs in Riau Garden in Facing the Digital Era. The research method in this research uses a mix method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Culinary MSME businesses in Riau Garden have a total score of 2.77 on internal factors and a total score of 2.97 on external factors. Culinary MSME businesses in Riau Garden are in cell V position, which can use defense and maintenance strategies. This research produces 5 alternative strategies for Culinary MSME Businesses in Riau Garden, namely by utilizing support from the local government to support business growth, maintaining fresh product quality to produce superior products (bestsellers), prioritizing consumer satisfaction with a variety of product choices available and maximizing online promotions by always updating on social media to reach potential new customers.
