Tindak Tutur Direktif Dalam Film Gara-Gara Warisan

Language has a very important role when interacting, if a conversation partner does not know the language then good communication will not occur, so language cannot be separated from human life. This research aims to describe the forms of directive speech acts in the film Gara-Gara Warisan and describe the function of directive speech acts in the film Gara-Gara Warisan. This research is a qualitative type of research with descriptive data collection methods and data analysis techniques using note-taking techniques. Based on the data analysis that has been carried out, it was found that 355 data are included in the form and function of directive speech acts. As for the forms of directive speech acts in the film Gara-Gara Warisan, including command directive speech acts, request directive speech acts, invitation directive speech acts, directive speech acts. advice, directive speech acts of criticism and directive speech acts of prohibition. In the 6 categories of forms of directive speech acts, the author found 13 functions of directive speech acts including, namely, the function of requesting, the function of pleading, the function of inviting, the function of asking, the function of commanding, the function of ordering, the function of instructing, the function of encouraging, the function of criticizing, the function of prohibiting, allow function, allow function and warn function.
