This research was conducted from May to June 2023 at PPI Gaung Padang City, West Sumatra. The purpose of this study was to determine the technical aspects of boat mast fishing businesses such as mast buildings, nets and waring frames. Calculating the economic aspects of the boat mast fishing business seen from capital, income and profit. Analyzing the feasibility level of the boat bagan business from a financial point of view from the BCR, FRR, PPC, and NPV values and to determine the profitability of the ship. The method used in this research is the survey method, namely by interviewing the ship owner and crew. The results of the financial analysis showed that the investment required for the KM bagan boat. Puspa 01 amounted to Rp. 991,900,000, - investment KM. Puspa 02 amounted to Rp. 993,950,000, - gross income KM. Puspa 01 amounted to Rp. 886,975,000, - gross income of KM. Puspa 02 gross revenue of Rp. 843,450,000, - with total production costs of KM. Puspa 01 amounted to Rp. 269,581,250, - the total production cost of KM. Puspa 02 amounted to Rp. 294,562,500, -. Thus the net income earned by KM. Puspa 01 in 2022 amounted to Rp. 173,906,250, - net income on KM. Puspa 02 amounted to Rp. 127,162,500. Feasibility analysis for KM. Puspa 01 is known to have an NPV value of Rp. 1,530,055,528, - NPV KM. Puspa 02 amounted to Rp. 1,206,539,044, - BCR value of KM. Puspa 01 is 1.24, BCR value of KM. Puspa 02 is 1.17, the FRR value of KM. Puspa 01 is 17.53%, the FRR value of KM. Puspa 02 is 12.79%, PPC KM. Puspa 01 is 5.7 years, PPC KM. Puspa 02 is 7.8 years. The analysis of the ship has a positive NPV, BCR> 1 and FRR> discount rate. This shows that the fishery business of boat trawl KM. Puspa 01 and KM. Puspa 02 at PPI Gaung Padang City has a good opportunity and is feasible to develop.
