Pengaruh Information Quality dan Business Systems Leveraging terhadap Kinerja Supply Chain Management dengan Information Sharing sebagai Pemediasi

In reality, supply chain management performance is not well implemented at present. Several examples of poor supply chain performance have occurred in Indonesia, where only 18% of MSMEs can implement supply chain. Another example occurred during the Covid-19 pandemic, where activity restrictions resulted in disruptions in the supply chain. Furthermore, inefficient implementation of supply chain management in high transportation costs is evident. Based on observations conducted by researchers on MSMEs in Pekanbaru City, there is a lack of information obtained by MSMEs about alternative suppliers if problems arise with the main supplier. Additionally, the lack of technology adoption can hinder operational efficiency and supply chain management. Uncertainty in the supply chain of raw materials is also a problem.
This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of information quality and business systems leveraging on supply chain management performance with information sharing as a mediator. The respondents in this study are MSMEs with capital based on Government Regulation No. 7 of 2021 Article 35, and MSMEs that have implemented information systems in their businesses. The population in this study is MSMEs scattered across Pekanbaru City, totaling 13,540 units. The data source used is primary data collected using a questionnaire. The sample in this study uses convenience sampling technique. Referring to Hair et al., (2010) statement using a scale of 5, thus this study (35) multiplied by 5 resulting in a sample of 180 respondents. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) processed with SmartPLS 3.
The results of this study, based on direct effects, show that information quality has an impact on supply chain management performance, while business systems leveraging does not affect supply chain management performance. Information sharing also affects supply chain management performance. Furthermore, information quality impacts information sharing, and business systems leveraging affects information sharing. However, the indirect effects indicate that information quality influences supply chain management performance through information sharing, and business systems leveraging influences supply chain management performance through information sharing.
