The research was convided in December 2023, located in Tanjung Medang Village, North Rupat District, Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province. This research aims to identify the mackerel supply chain pattern in Tanjung Medang Village using the FSCN approach and to analyze the performance of the mackerel supply chain using the SCOR method. The method used in the research is a survey research method by making direct observations of the research object by collecting data through questionnaires, determining respondents using a purposive sampling method, totaling 59 person. The research results show that the mackerel supply chain pattern in Tanjung Medang Village using the FSCN approach consists of two channels. Channel I consists of the flow of goods, the flow of money and the flow of information starting from (fishermen, collecting traders, retailers and consumers in Tanjung Medang). Channel II consists of the flow of goods, the flow of money and the flow of information starting from (fishermen, exporters CV. Hadi Wijaya and CV. Mekar Raya then to importers). Performance of the mackerel supply chain in Tanjung Medang Village using the SCOR method showed that delivery performance (superior), order fulfillment (superior), standard conformity (superior), supply chain flexibility (superior), order fulfillment cycle (superior), cash to cash cycle time (superior), total supply chain costs (superior), order fulfillment lead time (advantage) and daily inventory (advantage).
