Tingkat Kepuasan Nelayan Terhadap Pelayanan Pembongkaran Hasil Tangkapan Di Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera Kutaraja
This research was conducted on January 21 - February 6, 2023 at Kutaraja Ocean Fishing Port. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of fishermen's satisfaction with the catch unloading service at the Kutaraja Ocean Fishing Port. Fishing ports have a vital role in the capture fisheries system, as a place to dock fishing vessels, fish landing, marketing, fishery product quality development, and catch data collection. Good management is required to provide the best service to fishermen, who are the key element in fisheries activities, including the unloading of catches. Fishermen's satisfaction is critical to the efficiency of the port, although challenges related to the lack of specialized docks lead to reduced fish quality and environmental issues. Better management and supervision are needed to ensure smooth operations and optimal services, especially regarding catch unloading activities. The method used in this research is a survey method, namely by interviewing ship owners and crew members. Based on the results of survey data analysis calculations with a measurement scale using a Likert scale, the catch unloading service at PPS Kutaraja obtained a conversion value of (78), (76.25), (79.75), (77.5), (63), (75), (79), (75), (75.75). With categories (good), (less good), (good), (good), (less good), (less good), (good), (less good), (less good). Port services were rated at 75.47, indicating “poor” quality.
