Tingkat Keakuratan Data Produksi Hasil Tangkapan Ikan Di Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera Kutaraja Provinsi Aceh
This research was conducted from January to February 2023 at PPS Kutarja, Aceh Province. The purpose of this study is to determine the accuracy of fish catch production data and the factors that influence the deviation of catch production data using PERMEN-KP No.33 of 2021 at the Kutaraja Ocean Fishing Port, Aceh Province. The method used in this research is survey method. Data collected from fishermen's logbooks and data obtained from port enumerator records were combined and processed using linear regression analysis to determine the accuracy of fish catch production data at PPS Kutaraja. Meanwhile, to find out the factors that affect the accuracy of fish catch data obtained from data from fishermen interviews and port interviews through questionnaires that refer to PERMEN- KP No. 33 of 2021 and then weighted using a guttman scale. The results of the calculation of the analysis of the accuracy of catch production data have a correlation coefficient value of 0.963, which means that the level of relationship between the catch recorded by the enumerator and the fishermen's logbook data obtained from the port is very strong because it has a value range between 0.80-1.00 in accordance with the provisions. R² (R-Square) value or the coefficient of determination is 0.94 which means (94%) in accordance with the provisions of the range of data accuracy values (TKD < 95%), the data is said to be inaccurate. Factors that affect the accuracy of catch data at PPS Kutaraja include frequent errors in the elogbook application that they have so that the skipper has difficulty filling out the logbook, filling out the logbook does not match the actual data, and there are fish catches that are not reported by the skipper such as fish used as bait, fish consumed by fishermen on board and fish crew rations at the time of unloading.
