Studi Sistem Pentanahan Gardu Induk Teluk Lembu Dengan Konstruksi Grid Mesh Tidak Seragam
The grounding system is a safety system in the event of an error or disturbance in electrical equipment, so that excess current can be channeled directly to the ground and does not harm the human body. This research aims to optimize the design of the grounding system in a substation with a rectangular shape whose grid mesh construction is not uniform. The method used is modifying the grid shape and also adding and reducing the number of conductors on each grid axis in a design with a non-uniform mesh grid and by adding rod conductors. The tolerance touch voltage produced in the Teluk Lembu substation grounding system is 1719.5 V for a body weight of 50 kg and 2327.3 V for a body weight of 70 kg, while the tolerance step voltage is 6476.2 V for a body weight of 50 kg and 8765. 3 V for a body weight of 70 kg. From several designs with a rectangular shape, the grid mesh construction is not uniform, namely by using a combination of grid and rod with the number of conductors on the x axis = 7 and y axis = 10 with a total length of conductor used of 1052 m with the actual contact voltage being 1683 .1 V and the actual step voltage is 885.2 V.
