Electrofishing is an acknowledged practice for legitimate fish inspecting and looking over, but it utilizes for subsistence nourishment and showcase angling has long been unlawful in most nations. The purpose of this study was to determine the response of fish swimming endurance and fish swimming pattern to electrofishing gear assemblies based on fish length and distance of stun on Three Spot Gourami on a laboratory scale. Carried out in December 2022 - January 2023 at the Aquaculture Technology Laboratory of Riau University. Three Spot Gourami as the test fish using Electrofishing gear (12v). In the 30 cm distance treatment test, when shocking each change in the stages passed by the fish takes an average of 1.81 seconds to determine the reaction of the fish response to electricity. In the 20 cm distance treatment test when shocking each change in the stages that the fish go through takes an average of 10.85 seconds. The fish swimming patterns are significantly changing. Finally, the fainting and recovery time of different fish sizes can be concluded that the ability of fish to respond to electric current for each size is different.
