Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Partisipasi Anggota Pada Koperasi Jasa KUD Karya Bersama Kecamatan Batang Cenaku Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu

The participation of cooperative members has an important role in the development of cooperatives as an economic entity based on family principles. This research aims to determine the effect of service quality on member participation in the KUD Karya Bersama Services cooperative, Batang Cenaku Sub-District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. This research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population of this study was all members of the KUD Karya Bersama Services Cooperative with a total of 263 and a sample of 72. The technique for determining the sample size used the Random Sampling technique. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used include descriptive and quantitative statistical analisys in the form of simple linear regression with the help of the SPSS version 26 application. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence between service quality on participation cooperative members, namely 53,7%. This means that the better the quality of service provided by the cooperative, the higher the participation of cooperative members will be.
