Good Governance Tourism Dalam Pengelolaan Objek Wisata Bendungan Desa Sungai Paku Kecamatan Kampar Kiri Kabupaten Kampar Tahun 2020-2023

Sungai Paku Village has a dam tourist attraction that has the potential to develop and is known to many people. However, the management of thel dam tourist attraction in Sungai Paku Village is not optimal and is not well managed. So Good Governance Tourism needs to be researched to find out. In the confession obtained from the Chairman of the POKDARWIS Natural Tourism Object of the Sungai Paku Village Dam, Mr. Rasyid, he said that the Sungai Paku Village Dam had been inaugurated since 2018 as a tourist attraction, and in 2020, when the Covid-19 pandemic occurred, the management of the dam began to be hampered.
This research aims to find out how Good Governance Tourism is implemented so that the management of the Bendungan Tourism Object in Sungai Paku Village, Kampar Kiri District, Kampar Regency is not yet optimal. Research Location at the Tourism Object of the Dam, Sungai Paku Village, Kampar Kiri District, Kampar Regency. This research uses the theory of Good Governance Tourism proposed by Sunaryo. Good Governance Tourism or the implementation of good tourism governance, in essence, is the coordination and synchronization of programs between existing stakeholders as well as the involvement of synergistic (integrated and mutually reinforcing) active participation between the Government. , the private sector/tourism industry, and related local communities. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis which is carried out if the empirical data obtained is qualitative data.
The results of research on Good Governance Tourism in the Management of Tourism Objects, Dam, Sungai Paku Village, Kampar Kiri District, Kampar Regency in 2020-2023 have not gone well, this is because of the 10 indicators only 4 can be applied. The biggest obstacle that occurs in Good Governance Tourism in the management of the Natural Tourism Object Dam, Sungai Paku Village, Kampar Kiri District, Kampar Regency in 2020-2023 is the lack of coordination between the village government and the tourism office in developing tourist attractions.
