Analisis Produksi Gula Kelapa Perspektif Syariah Di Kecamatan Rupat Kabupaten Bengkalis Tahun 2023

Production is an activity of processing inputs or raw materials into goods or services in order to increase the value of the goods or services. This study aims to analyze raw materials, capital, labor, and understanding of sharia on the production of the coconut sugar business in Rupat District, Bengkalis Regency in 2024.
This research was conducted in Rupat District, Bengkalis Regency. The data used in this research was primary data obtained directly by researchers from the coconut sugar business. The method used was regression analysis with the Cobb – Douglas function model.
The results of this research showed that capital has a positive and significant effect on coconut sugar production results. Raw materials had a positive and significant effect on coconut sugar production results. Labor has a positive and significant effect on coconut sugar production results. Understanding of sharia has a positive and significant effect on coconut sugar production results. It can be concluded that the independent variables affect the dependent variable by 92,6%, while the remaining 7,4% is explained by other variables not included in this study.
