Analisis Penerapan Online Food Delivery Dan Pendapatan Usaha Kuliner Masyarakat Di Kecamatan Tampan
This research aims to determine the effect of implementing online food delivery on the income of community culinary businesses in Tampan District, Pekanbaru City so that it can increase community income. The approach method used in this research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The types of data used in this research are primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained directly from respondents through questionnaires and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through government agencies such as the Pekanbaru City Central Statistics Agency, the Pekanbaru City Cooperatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Service, and the Pekanbaru City Industry Service. The analytical method used is the Paired Sample T-Test and Multiple Regression Analysis using SPSS 27. The results of the Paired Sample T-Test show that there is development of culinary business income before and after the implementation of online food. delivery. However, not all culinary businesses income increases with the use of online food delivery. The tcount result was found to be 6.037 > ttable value of 1.697 and a significance value of 0.000 < α 0.05. It can be concluded that there is a difference in income before and after using online food delivery. Meanwhile, the results of multiple regression analysis show that culinary business income is influenced by selling price (X1), education level (X2), and number of orders (X3) with a significance value of 3 variables 0.000 < α 0.05, it can be concluded that selling price, education level , and the number of orders significantly influences revenue.
