Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Perempuan Bekerja Pada Kebun Karet Di Kecamatan Sentajo Raya Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi

This research aims to find out the social, economic and external influences on women working on rubber plantations in Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The method in this research is to use quantitative descriptive methods with the sample taken, namely 49 female respondents who work on rubber plantations in Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method. The results of this research show that the social conditions of female respondents who work on rubber plantations in Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, especially age, education, number of family members and women's working hours are the reasons why women work on rubber plantations to earn income, and economic conditions certainly have an influence on women to decide to work on rubber plantations, as well as external conditions such as the length of time women work and the activities carried out by women on rubber plantations also show that women are very enthusiastic about earning income to help meet their household's basic needs.
