Analisis Keberlanjutan Ekonomi Usaha Budidaya Ikan Lele Di Kota Pekanbaru
The purpose of this study is to find out the amount of cost, income, and economic sustainability of catfish farming businesses in Pekanbaru City from economic dimensions, ecological dimensions, and social dimensions.
To begin with, this study used both secondary and primary data. The secondary data obtained from official publications and relevant government agencies. Meanwhile, the primary data obtained directly from respondents (catfish cultivators in Pekanbaru City). In addition, the collection technique in the primary data was done by observation, namely direct observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Furthermore , the data analysis methods used in this study are descriptive and quantitative data analysis.
In conclusion, the results of this study showed that the average net income amounted to IDR 5,965,583.00 per month. In the economic dimension the sustainability index of catfish farming is 76.35% very sustainable, the ecological dimension of 78.67% is very sustainable and the social dimension of 75.56% is very sustainable, multidimensionally 76.90% very sustainable. It can be concluded that this research shows that the catfish farming business provides benefits for cultivators and sustainability to be carried out in Pekanbaru City.
