A success team strategy is a set of steps and tactics designed and implemented by a team to achieve their goals effectively and efficiently. It involves planning, organizing, managing resources, and executing coordinated actions to achieve desired results. Successful teams require careful planning. The team must identify tasks and responsibilities, organize time and resources, and develop a detailed plan of action. The purpose of this study was to determine the insight into an action called a strategy carried out by the people of Tarai Bangun Village, Tambang District, Kampar Regency in winning the election of Anggi Septiadi. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection using observation and in-depth interviews (indepth interview) and equipped with documentation. The results of this study are the various ways they do starting from community data collection in the village, campaign and communication strategies, voter mobilization, data management and analysis, as well as supervision and management of volunteers. All of these are done on election day, so that the candidates they bring to the community can get the votes they are targeting. In the end, the votes obtained by the success team were launched from the kpu as many as 467 votes, we can see that the strategy they ran did not fully and strongly influence the results.
