Pengaruh Sistem Resirkulasi Dan Aplikasi Nanobubble Untuk Meningkatkan Kinerja Pertumbuhan Dan Kelulushidupan Ikan Baung (Hemibagrus Nemurus)
This research was carried out for 56 days, from October to December 2023, at the Cultivation Technology Laboratory, Faculty of Fisheries and Maritime Affairs, Riau University. The aim of this research, among others, is to find out the type of RAS and nanobubble application that is most effective in improving water quality in the baung fish rearing media and to find out how RAS and nanobubble application influence the growth and survival of Asian redtail catfish. The method used in this research was an experimental method with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) experiment with 4 treatment levels and 3 replications, so 12 experimental units were required. The treatments applied at this stage of the research were different aeration systems as follows: P0 = Control, P1 = RAS without NBs, P2 = NBs without Ras, P3 = RAS using NBs. The best treatment was obtained from P3, namely RAS using NBs, absolute weight growth of 8.63 ± 0.12 g, absolute length growth of 6.02 ± 0.80 cm, specific growth rate of 2.46 ± 0.03%/day, survival rate was 94%, feed conversion ratio was 1.61 ± 0.03 kg, feed efficiency was 62.34 ± 1.05, hemoglobin level was 10.05 ± 0.05 and blood glucose level was 55.6 ± 2, 08. The water quality parameters measured during the research showed that the temperature ranged between 26.2-28.3oC, pH ranged from 6.3-8.0, dissolved oxygen ranged from 3.0-5.7 mg/L, ammonia ranged from 0, 0403-0.8026 mg/L, nitrite ranges from 0.0654-14.2407, nitrate ranges from 0.0542-14.0136 and CO2 values range from 2.5-11.8.
