Pengembangan Lkpd Berbasis Discovery Learning Konten Bangun Ruang Sisi Datar Untuk Memfasilitasi Kemampuan Penalaran Matematis Siswa Fase D
This study was motivated by the low level of mathematical reasoning
ability of students. The purpose of this research is to produce a valid and practical
LKPD for mathematical reasoning ability on flat-sided space content for phase D
students. The development model used is 4D, consisting of four stages including
define, design, development, and dissemination. The data collection techniques
used include LKPD validation data and practicality. The research test subjects
were 15 students of class VIII SMPN 8 Pekanbaru who had heterogeneous abilities.
The average result of the validity of LKPD is 3.56 (scale 4) with a very valid
category. The details of the average percentage obtained from each aspect are: (1)
face validity of 3.50; (2) content validity of 3.52; and (3) construct validity of 3.67
with each aspect having a very valid category. Meanwhile, the average practicality
of the LKPD obtained was 88.73% with a very practical category. The details of the
average percentage obtained from each aspect are: (1) LKPD display of 89.50%;
(2) LKPD content/material of 85.93% and (3) ease of use of LKPD of 88.11% with
each aspect having a very practical category. Thus, the discovery learning-based
flat-sided space building content LKPD to facilitate students' mathematical reasoning skills in phase D has met the valid and practical requirements.
