A product needs a protector called packaging to protect the product from external and internal factors. One such packaging is boxes. Boxes are produced by RAPP company through the In House Packaging department. The machine used to make boxes is the Corrugator machine. Achieving the desired target results from how rarely downtime occurs. The purpose of this research is to reduce UPSD (Unplanned Shutdown Downtime) time by using pareto and waterfall analysis methods. In addition, this research also aims to identify problems and find corrective actions that can be taken using the PICA table and fishbone. As for the results of the analysis that has been carried out, the total downtime in July was 11,289 minutes, in August it was 12,677 minutes, in November it was 7142 minutes, and in December it was 6480 minutes.
