Analisa Penerapan Total Productive Maintenance (Tpm) Dalam Mengurangi Six Big Losses Untuk Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (Oee) Di Cut Size 1
Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) is a comprehensive measure that evaluates the effectiveness of a machine/equipment. OEE serves as a measuring tool in the application of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to keep machines/equipment in ideal conditions. However, the Cut Size 1 machine does not reach the standard of OEE set by the Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance (JIPM). Therefore, it is necessary to analyze to find out the problems that hinder the achievement of OEE standards. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Cut Size 1 machine and determine the losses and factors that can reduce the effectiveness of the machine using the Six Big Losses method and fishbone diagram, and determine maintenance activities that need to be improved. The data collection used in this research is carried out secondarily through Daily Report and PMIS (Production Management Information System) and then OEE measurements will be made to determine the effectiveness of the Cut Size 1 machine. Then proceed with the measurement of Six Big Losses to determine the amount of efficiency lost in the six Six Big Losses factors. Furthermore, from the six factors, we will look for what factors contribute the most to the effectiveness of the Cut Size 1 machine. After that, a fishbone diagram analysis is carried out to find out the problems that cause the high losses. Then, an improvement proposal will be given that can help in increasing the OEE value. Based on the analysis conducted, it is found that the OEE value is below the standard. The optimum effectiveness obtained is in period IV, which is 75.99%. While the loss that most affects the OEE value is the Equipment Failure factor of 128.57%. To increase the OEE value of Cut Size 1, it is recommended to increase the application of autonomous maintenance.
