Optimasi Pembangkit Pv Menggunakan Mppt Berbasis Flc Dan Boost Converter
The problem that arises from the use of PV is that the Output power often does not reach the actual maximum power, especially in conditions of low solar radiation. Solar panels have their own optimal operating point called MPP. The characteristics of this MPP will change depending on sunlight and temperature. MPPT is used to make the solar cell operation point work at the MPP point. In this study, a PV generation system will be simulated using MPPT-based fuzzy logic controller and boost converter. The purpose of using a boost converter is to increase the PV operating voltage to match the needs of the load used. This research focuses on MPPT-based Fuzzy Logic Controller (FLC) for PV plants with a capacity of 29,963 Wp. MPPT control is used by two controllers to see the comparison between the two controllers, namely P&O control and fuzzy logic control. P&O control works by comparing the power before and after until it finds the maximum power point. Fuzzy logic control consists of three parts: fuzzyfication, fuzzy rulebase and defuzzification. The result of this study is the power generated from the pv simulation design using FLC and P&O-based MPPT using a boost converter directly proportional to solar radiation. The duty cycle value and ripple factor produced by fuzzy logic controls are better than those of P&O controls.
