Teknologi Budidaya Ikan Patin Siam (Pangasianodon Hypophthalmus) Pada Sistem Resirkulasi Dengan Pemberian Probiotik Dosis Berbeda
The study aims to counteract the impact of probiotic giving with a different dose of
maintenance on the growth of the patin fish with a system of accretion using a bioball filter.
The study was carried out in August-September 2023 at the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine.,
Riau University. The container used is an aquarium with a volume of 100 liters of water, 15
units with a stocking density of 36 fish/container. The study used a full random design
method (ral) of one factor with five degrees of treatment and three times of repetition. Extent
of treatment used in the study is P0 = without giving bacteria (controls), P1 = adding
probiotic mina pro (0.20 ml/l), P2 = adding probiotic mina pro (0.25 ml/l), P3 = adding
probiotic mina pro (0.30 ml/l), P4 = adding probiotic mina pro (0.35ml/l). The best treatment
on the study is P3 with an increase in the dose of probiotic mina pro 0.30 ml/l of water that
produces a total of 6.54 g (0.5 milliliters), an absolute length of 4.17 cm (8.5 in.), and an
87.04% return rate of life, while the best feed conversion is at P0, namely 2.06%.
