Analisis Overall Equipment Effectiveness (Oee) Dan Rancangan Penjadwalan Di Unit Converting 1 Finishing Department Pt. Riau Andalan Pulp And Paper
This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the sheeter machine by calculating the value of overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and six big losses and conducting scheduling design using the calculation of mean time between failure (MTBF) and mean time to repair (MTTR) on the sheeter machine at converting 1 PT. Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper (RAPP). OEE is a measure of the level of effectiveness of using a machine / equipment by calculating the availability of machines, performance and quality of the products produced. This research data obtained from June 2022 to June 2023, the results show that the OEE percentage of all sheeter converting machines 1 is still below the World Class standard (85%), which is an average of 72.89%. From the analysis of six big losses, it is known that significant losses are reduced speed losses, set up and adjustment losses and defect losses. Through the calculation of MTBF and MTTR, scheduling is obtained on the sheeter machine component in the converting unit 1.
