Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik, Budaya Organisasi Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Pln Uip3bs Pekanbaru
PT. PLN (Persero) is one of the State-Owned Enterprises that acts as a provider of electricity that is needed by the community. Although the function of the legulator in the electricity sector is the duty and responsibility of the local government, PT PLN (Persero) as an extension of the government is still given first priority in providing electricity to the public. The location in this study is PT. PLN UIP3BS PEKANBARU which is located at Jl Tuanku Tambusai, Labuh Baru, Payung Sekaki District, Pekanbaru City. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of non-physical work environment, organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance, to determine the influence of non-physical work environment on employee performance, to determine the influence of organizational culture on employee performance and to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. The population and sample of this study amounted to 87 people, the sampling technique used saturated samples. This study used data processing using SPSS software. The results of this study are Non- Physical Work Environment, Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Non-Physical Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on employee employees, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee employees and Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.
