Analisa Pengaruh Sludge Inlet Consistency Terhadap Total Produksi Sludge Pada Sludge Dryer
Sludge dryer is one of the sludge dewatering processes which is carried out to reduce the consistency of the water contained in the sludge after going through the dewatering process on a screw press using flue gas from lime kiln 3 as a sludge drying medium. This research was conducted to determine the relationship between inlet dryness and inlet temperature and screw speed on the outlet dryness produced in the sludge dryer. The data obtained is secondary data obtained from the checking process by the laboratory team. There is a straight relationship between inlet dryness, screw speed and temperature to total production. The highest results were obtained for inlet dryness, namely 35.8%, outlet dryness 97.7%, screw speed 92.5% and temperature 149.5%. Meanwhile, the lowest data obtained was inlet dryness, namely 31.1%, outlet dryness 71.8%, screw speed 88.8% and temperature 122.8%. . From the equation of the line on the curve, a linear regression shows the relationship between sludge inlet dryness and total production is y=1.9638x – 44.611 where y is the total production value and x is the inlet dryness. The coefficient of determination (r2) = 0.9205. From the equation of the line on the curve, we get a linear regression of the relationship between speed screw and total production, which is y = 2.2058x – 176.72, where y is the value of total production and x is the speed screw. The coefficient of determination (r2) = 0.8297. From the equation of the line on the curve, the linear regression of the relationship between temperature and total production is y = 0.3278x – 24.613, where y is the value of total production and x is the temperature. The coefficient of determination (r2) = 0.8445. There is a chemical process between fuel vapor, heat and oxygen which is known as the fire triangle theory.
